Cancellation Policy

Shoots paid in full are also non-refundable but rescheduling is allowed within 30 days from the shoot day. Without a deposit we can not promise the date to you. Late Fees: $50 charge for being more than 30mins late. The fee will be added to the remaining balance. RESCHEDULING No call no shows will forfeit any deposit made toward your shoot.  Balances must be paid in full to receive a reschedule date. If the reschedule date is no longer a good day for you to shoot a re-booking fee of $150 is required to get a new date. EDITS Edits will come with a standard high end edit. Results may vary based on professional hair, makeup, and overall preparation for the shoot. Clients may request adjustments and we will attempt to accommodate all request. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds for completed work or edited photos. DEPOSITS AND CONTRACTS A deposit and contract signature is required in order to book a photoshoot. Deposits are 50% of the rate for the shoot package that you choose. TURN AROUND Retouching typically takes 1-2 weeks, but may take up to 3 weeks depending on the project and Cassidy’s availability. Expedited services are available with an additional fee. TRAVELING Cassidy is available to travel for an additional fee.
